'La Fabrique d’Exils', an exhibition of Josef Koudelka photography, will be on view at Centre Pompidou, Paris. Scheduled from February 22 to May 22, 2017, it will be his first exhibition in Paris after 29 years.In 2016, the photographer donated to the Center Pompidou a total of seventy-five photographs of the series 'Exiles'. The exhibition will unveil thirty-five images among the most emblematic of Exiles series, accompanied by many unpublished draws for the occasion. The route is complemented by an extraordinary set of self-portraits made by Koudelka during his travels which have never been shown before. The exhibition also presents for the first time the plates on which the photographer glued his images, through a formal or thematic organization.The exhibition will be on view at Centre Pompidou, 75191 Paris cedex 04.
