Swiss Cultural Center presents Alexandra Bachzetsis'"Private: Wear a mask when you talk to me," which runs from February 21 through 28, 2017 in Paris.Exceptionally alone on stage, Bachzetsis continues her exploration of pop culture: oriental drag-queen dances, western yoga exercises, poses inspired by football and porn, drama rehearsal movements and dance by Michael Jackson. Far from a parodic vision of these gestures, the dancer, performer and choreographer asks: "how is gender and sexual desire fabricated by the ritual repetition of certain gestures in a neoliberal context?"
